Now, more then ever vegan Business needs us. The coronavirus pandemic has forced many business and restaurant owners to shut down their operations. You can help the restaurants and business survive those difficult times.
I've been told many times that the story behind Vegan Foodie Festival is very inspiring, because the largest vegan restaurant festival in Ireland was created with no venue, no budget and no team. Yes - you've heard it right!
When you hear the word ''Festival'', a large event with hundreds or thousandths of people in one venue come to your mind. And, obviously, is organised and ran by the festival team. The festival team usually include event planners, event managers, sponsorship team, communication, marketing people and so on.
When it comes to Vegan Foodie Festival, I am the person who did everything - by myself. I was an event planner, sponsorship manager, marketing manager, public relation manager, CEO, director.. and everyone else that I needed to be to deliver successful and amazing even.
I was in half way of my college doing Festival Management and Sound Production course in STC Dublin when I realised that to organise this kind of event I just need a creative thinking. Even tho, in my college I've got the knowledge in almost every aspect of Festival planning, there are many things I've discovered and I've learned by myself trough my experience while planning and organising Vegan Foodie Festivals.
During the workshop I am going to tell you exactly, step by step what I did to create and successfully run vegan Foodie Festival. I've been working with most famous and most anonymous restaurants and businesses. Creating this kind of amazing event have helped me to develop great relationship with business owners. And, most importantly - I've helped a lot. The mission of Vegan Foodie Festival is to create more demand for vegan food and products. Every festival was a huge success from first event (January 2017 ).
